Burton and Appy can be described in 1 word: UGLY

This game was just awful. Appy in typical Appy style held the ball their 1st series for over 11 minutes to score.....

After that Burton slowly eeeeked out a few scores..... but the worst part of the entire game was the officiating (sorry stripes)

I normally don't comment on officiating but for some reason tonight they were lost. They had to group together 4-5 times over crazy stuff. They blew a ball dead when JIB fumbled which turned out to be an inadvertant whistle and gave us the ball back. They called delay of game on Appy when the play clock was still at 15 and had to go back and change it after a 5 minute conference at midfield. And sadly there are many more, game took almost 3 hours to complete.

Just all around miserable and odd game, must have been the full moon.

Sounds like the officiating I saw at the TS/JSB game last week.

Methinks football officiating is catching up to basketball officiating.

I don't always trust those field clocks for delay of game. They don't always tend to be run properly to be honest.

Wish you were there tonight to smack those fellers around, it was not pretty. And like I said Stripes, I never say anything about it because I know it is hard.
